I signed up with the creative cloud 2 days ago, after using the trial with no problems.
The programs are now asking for a serial key - I have not been given one, and apparently the student membership, shouldn't need it!
Searched online for a solution and followed all of Adobe's steps, but still asking for a serial key.
There is no way to contact tech support, only being lead around in circles with their trouble shooting page.
I have also uninstalled and installed all the apps just in case.. very disappointed it is this hard to use!
I am hoping someone will be able to help me.
