Using the email address I see on the forums, beto.juarez16@gmail.com, I found a trial account. Is it possible you used another account under another email address when you signed up?

I have fixed your subscription, you should now be able to access Revel again.
Apologies for this problem - there is a known issue in some cases where there was a previous subscription that has since been cancelled. We are working on a fix so it does not happen again.

Hello Peter-b, i checked it and my iphone app now says "Premium". So in this case, i loose 2 or 3 days of my suscription, i want those days back, so please add them to my suscription please, could you do it?

I will go ahead and give you 2 months here for your inconvenience. To do that, I will need to Cancel your auto-renewal. At the end of the 2 month period, you will then need to subscribe.
