Hello everyone,
I am adding Facebook integration into my Multi-Folio app but when I share out the article there is an empty location where an icon should go, I've added all the icons that are specified in the Facebook developer portal already. Any idea what might be happening?
So I've continue to do some more trouble shooting on this and happen to noticed that if I share an article via twitter the empty box is also there. How is this image being populated? Currently using r32 on 7.1.2. Any thoughts on this? Thanks!
Looks like this behavior is only happening on my iPad. On my 4S and iPod Touch you can see an image populated. I happen to check "DPS Tips" and you also get the missing image on the iPad version but not on the iPhone version.
Can anyone in Adobe confirm or acknowledge what be causing this behavior? Thank you very much!
I'm asking around to see what's causing this. Curious--are you signed in to Facebook/Twitter on your device?

Yes I am signed into both Twitter and Facebook. I've also sign out and back
in, deleted the app and reinstalled it. And I get the same results.

I heard back from the team. This is a known performance issue. In some cases, the screenshot gets taken of the page before the content has been loaded. This issue has not yet been resolved.
