Horizontal sliding composition on master page problem

Hi.

I have a menu made from a horizontal scrolling composition on the master page of my mobile site.

Here it is inactive on the left and Active in the right (in grey)

The problem is this: When it is inactive (as shown below) I am unable to click on anything 'underneath' it.

So for example, here is the Services page with the master menu on the top right. Even though the menu is inactive I can not click on the 'Find out more' link text underneath.

Another example is I can not swipe through the images on the MSJ Drilling slide show on the Work page.

I'd like to keep the horizontal sliding effect but don't know how to fix this...

Unfortunately using that specif widget will not work. The reason is that even though you do not see the background of the "Close" box, it's still there, that's why you can't mark anything below.
You would need to use the Panels Widget/Accordion, since this will push the image down or overlay on top of the background.
