How can I change the rollover color of smart shapes used as buttons? Cap 8

Good day! I'm looking for a way to change the rollover color of smart shapes used as buttons. I can't seem to find the property area in the UI (though I know how to do this in AS3). Is there some manipulation I can do inside or outside of my project? The default rollover color doesn't work with the branding color specifications. Thanks in advance!
