I'm a cloud team user. When I open my updater I do see the apps with all the programs and when I click I've been ask to put my name and password. I've asked for a new password since this didn't seems to be accepted anymore. I can go to the Cloud and I'm recognised but still the same error : given in the (new) password I get a shaking window. So I'm wonder if there's a different password for my Adobe id and one for the Cloud as well? Tried with the administrator as well, nothing works...
The password for the Adobe ID is same for accessing CC as well as accessing the www.adobe.com account/licensing website. Have you tried resetting the password by clicking on " forgot password"?
