Are you working on a DPS folio?
no, i believe not.
Then stop using those tools. They are for DPS only.
There is no way to do what you want outside of DPS and for panorama it will only work in a folio on iOS.
I have same problem.
does anyone know how to eliminate it ?
what would be step by step solution ?
thanks a lot in advance
You read it in the thread above: YOU CANNOT DO THAT IN INDESIGN. You can only do it with Digital Publishing Suite plug-ins. Read about it in the Digital Publishing Suite forums.
I am new to Indesign and the only function I need to be able to embed panoramas in PDF. this was the only page I was find in google which was explaining my not ability to export correct pdf.
I can read the post above but does this mean that I need to install whole set of adobe applications ?
thanks a lot
It's not possible to include a panorama in a PDF file. Simply not possible.
just the last question, Steve
if it is not possible to export pdf file with working panorama what sense does it makes to create one adobe Indesign ? I assume it works in some other output format ?
As pointed out several times, panoramas are compatible only with DPS and they have been deprecated. They only work with iOS and will not be extended to Windows or Android devices.
I got confused as I found link on the web and the guy was saying he had created his pdf using Indesign.
here is the link
it is a bit slow and works the best if downloaded to local drive but it is amazing.
Would you be so kind to give me some idea how and with what exactly adobe products it was created.
because from above said it is possible but I can see it is possible and it works on windows too.
here is a link to that forum
That¹s 10 years old. Way too much water under the bridge to even bother with
