Captivate 8, progressive video, avoiding connection errors

      Hi all-

Hoping to get some advice from more experienced users.  I have a captivate 8 presentation with several videos that are set to progressive download.  Works perfectly when I test on my desktop/laptop, but once it gets posted on our web server I'm getting connection errors.  I'm guessing that some of this is an issue with where I'm being told to post the presentations for viewing, so I'm working with those folks to see what limitations they have in place. I did double check that the entire published file was being posted, so that's one less thing to worry about. We don't have an LMS, so that is what it is.

But for you all - are there things settings wise when building the presentation in Captivate that I could be doing/not doing to make this problem less likely to occur? Right now the videos are all under 7 minutes in length, largest is 32.7 MB.  All are included as mp4 in my published package file. Anything I'm in control of that might help me avoid this?

      Thanks!
