The thumbnails in the layers palette shows mostly transparent pixels so one has not idea of what in the layer or the overall effect they have on the composite. See a smart object layer with a BW adjustment so it become.as a grayscale but a color fill is clipped and blended in for the composite view.s has orange which is not coming the to top smart object layer for its visibility is off. Too many unknowns for my little brain to solve. To tell truth I don't even know what the double square icons on some of the layer in the layers palette on the right represents.

The texture layers are set to Knockout - Shallow and fill none, so they knockout the image. The double squares on the image and image folder are using the blend if setting.
