Sequence Color Settings: Depth Bits per Channel

In after effects, if you go to the project settings, you can change the color settings bit depth. When getting a clip ready for color grading you need at least 16 bits per channel usually. This option is shown below in AE.

Is there a way to set an equivalent option within premieres sequence settings? I notice there is an option for "maximum bit depth" and "maximum render quality" as shown below, is this similar to setting the bits per channel to 16 or 32? Thanks
