When ever I start Adobe Premiere Elements 12 or Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 it ask for a sign in. I put my email and password. After it verifies my serial number it sits freezes. I checked with adobe and confirmed I was putting the correct information in the signin. I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem. I looked on line and couldn't fine a phone number for support to work out the problem. Can anyone advise this information.
You may need to go back to Adobe Chat while Premiere Elements 12 and Photoshop Elements 12 are still the current version.
But, please review the following for some thoughts on resolving the issue.
Does the problem exist with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled? What antivirus program does your computer use?
