Try using Photoshop menu Help>Sign In... to activate Photoshop
Thanks but no dice. I tried registering with the registration number from creative cloud but I am told that my cloud subscription is already registered.When I open Creative Cloud on my computer it is blank, could there be something wrong there?
Registering does no good and I had similar problems with the full Adobe package for a year and now it's still not working right with this photographers package. I've been watching for a fix for a long while now and nothing here ever helps. They assume you are not registered usually, but of course that's not the case. After all this time this problem remains for many people. After a while you just live with it and pray that you don't have an internet outage and miss a deadline.
Pro software should not have a system this flawed.
