I need to upgrade from Photographer subscription to a full subscription. However, I qualify for the $29 dollar version as I have a CS3 product. It won't give me that option only to the $49 version. Can anyone help me?
I entered my serial number into the business plan, maybe I wasn't signed in then, I don't know. It accepted and told me to sign up but I don't really need that, I'm too small to afford the $49 for two accounts. Am I just out of luck since I'm not new? If so, I'll just wait and sign up with a new email address.

BTW, I had a heck of time getting here. I kept using your customer support forms and redirected back to the beginning. I clicked on Chat which indicated open 24/7/365 after about an hour of trying to get there and got a messages that chat was closed. I looked for forums first, couldn't it. Thought Adobe had done away with them. It shouldn't be this hard. Don't have time spending an hour just getting here.
The best would be to place a fresh order for 29$ CC if you are eligible, prior to that you can cancel the CC that you have now as on the same Adobe ID you can have only one subscription. Cancel your membership or subscription | Creative Cloud
