how to show psd thumbnails in windows 8?

My psd files are only shown as icons rather than thumbnails in windows 8 explorer. How cane I change this please?

You would need a third-party codec such as Ardfrey's.

If you are not into installing 3rd party software, u may want to consider using Adobe Bridge - A powerful and useful tools.
