each time i try to purchase an upgrade, I am taken to a payment page where i have to fill in the details. I click on checkout and it gives me the error that my country selection is not correct and i need to login with the correct country name. I have done all this and my country selection is correct. Plus the process and account was created by a call center agent. I am still facing this issue and I am unable to upgrade. I am located in Bahrain, in the Middle East.

Thank you for the reply. Why is FormCentral not available in Bahrain even though is it listed and I am able to select Middle East as well as the country? I know Adobe has a huge presence in the Middle East and you already sell all your other products. That is not a satisfying answer. Please give me some valid answers.
