Flex and Foreign Characters, Windows vs Linux

Hello. I've been playing with Flex 2 for two days now.

My problem is that I cant type in Polish diacritic characters (like ą ę) into my flex Application on Linux. My linux desktop handles polish characters in all other programs properly. When I run my app on Windows machine everything works fine. Is that flash player for linux issue? Maybe I have to set up my flex config differently?

      Any help appreciated. :)

In case someone comes across similar problem here's the solution:

You not only need polish keyboard layout set up on your linux desktop but also you must have your LOCALE set to PL_pl. This is strange since I think having polish keyboard layout set should enable me to type polish characters in without need to switch all my system to Polish language :)
