Last week I received my redemption key, via my university to download the Creative Cloud Desktop App.
Every time I have attempted to download this same message has been showing up:
We are currently experiencing some issues, please try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
It has been giving me that message since last Tuesday.
I've tried downloading it from other sources, running into the error code 1 when opening the Creative Cloud setup.
I did use the Creative Cloud Cleaning tool as well, just in case, and I was still unable to download.
My computer is a Windows 7.

What helped me is:
0. Turning off work VPN
1. Starting over by going to download link using a browser where I’ve never signed in to Adobe before (Chrome in my case) https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
2. When signing in, switching to another language (I was in Seoul at the time so I switched to Korean site, I don’t speak Korean but stumbled my way to download somehow)
No idea whether all that was necessary, but it did let me download the installer finally.
(The app’s still broken and doesn’t load updates though.)
