    Adobe canceled my software license


      Just another AAU student that had their license cancelled. It's been a disappointing experience to deal with Adobe support via chat/web to get this resolved. Trying to call doesn't work either - you just get hung up on!

          Astryid I reviewed the serial number under your account and it appears that it was an expiring serial number which expired on 9/1/14.  You mentioned that you received the serial number from your school.  Please contact your school for an updated valid serial number.  You may also want to clarify if they are providing you with a perpetual serial number or an expiring serial number.  Based off your previous serial number the later seems to be the case.
