I am running Windows 8 on a Mac and all of my software is on the PC side of things but every program works besides anything Adobe. I have created and verified the cloud account, no luck. I have taken it to the IT guy at my college and he is not sure what is causing them to not respond. All programs are up to date and same with the computer software. Tech guy even tried running them as admin but that also did not work. Any help would be amazing because I know calling Adobe customer support is going to do nothing for me and i don't want to hear someone read a prompt.
I am expereincing the same issue. The Adobe Creative Cloud Install application will not launch - is the site down?
