HELLO ANYONE THERE
I can't imagine why you're having difficulty finding someone to listen to you.
This is mostly a users forum; it's not here to provide a direct response from Adobe. Regardless, even if one of the Adobe moderators decides to jump in, you're going to have to explain what the problem is. In a coherent and readable format. I suggest you try explaining your problem instead of ranting. I also suggest frequent use of punctuation.
I HAVE ADHD & OTHER FOCUS PROBLEMS
AND THESE FORUMS I HATE THEY NEVER ANSWER MY PROBLEMS
I SPENT 3 HOURS AND GOT RUN AROUND AGAIN AND AGAIN
I COULD NOT EVEN FIGURE OUT HOW TO SUBMIT MY MESSAGE I DO NOT NOT
NOT NOT UNDERSTAND FORUMS
I NEED ONE ON ONE IT IS A MUST FOR ME
Apart from your attention deficit, please tell us something about your problem with Photoshop. Please do not respond with ALL CAPS. On forums that is the same as shouting at people. Stay calm and take time to form a coherent reply.
Supply pertinent information for quicker answers
The more information you supply about your situation, the better equipped other community members will be to answer. Consider including the following in your question:
- Adobe product and version number
- Operating system and version number
- The full text of any error message(s)
- What you were doing when the problem occurred
- Screenshots of the problem
- Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; amount of RAM; etc..
The concept is very simple. You ask a question, in a lucid and legible manner. And then people respond, hopefully helping you with your issue.
In practice it's not so clean cut, but the general concept stands. I highly recommend giving it a try.
