Photoshop wont fully install after Windows restore

1. I was obliged to completely restore my computer: HP. Pavilion 23. 4GB +2 GB external disc. Running Windows 8.1 64 bit.

During the restore I have lost all my Adobe Apps, as anticipated. I have managed to re-install the CreativeCloudSet-up icon and it works but Photoshop will only install to forty-two percent. Then reports a failure and suggests retry - but nothing happens.

Normally I have Photoshop, Illustrator and Muse installed and they run perfectly..

Lo and behold. I had a wonderful surprise. despite the CC manager reporting a failed download when I opened the start menu on my Windows there was the icon! It took but a moment to register and Photoshop opened. Thank you for your kind attention. Let's hope download and installing Illustrator and Muse will be as simple an operation.. This is now solved - with relief.
