    Creative Cloud is blank - I can't use it!


      I've just got my laptop back(windows 8.1 operating system) after repairs and the creative cloud desktop app that was on there now isn't, so no problem; i go to download it but when it's finished downloading and it opens i am confronted by a blank screen on the desktop app, meaning i cannot download any program trials etc. which i desperately need for school. I have looked at many of the forum pages and tried out their suggestions but none of them have worked at all. I don't believe the problem to be anything to do with the repairs because many other people have had exactly the same problem i have where no solutions have worked. This problem seems to be a regular one this month so it would be best if I and others could get the answers we need.ccb.jpg
