Premiere 2014 Color Correction Scopes don't work or update

If you add an adjustment layer over top of your video and add any color correction to it and turn on your color correction scopes and waveforms, they don't ever update. If you raise or lower the whites/blacks, the YC Waveform doesn't budge. If you increase saturation the vectorscope doesn't change. If you change any RGB color, the RGB color parade doesn't change. The picture colors does change, which is nice. But the scopes should change too. We rely on the scopes.

Please fix this. I can't believe no one else has had an issue with this.
