What is up with support it says this :
24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Yet twice now at 2 different times of the day, on 2 different days I get this:
Chat is currently closed. Please choose another option.
I don't understand why they don't have proper hours listed.
When is chat open?
This is a user to user Forum, you are not really addressing Adobe here, even though some Adobe employees thankfully have been dropping by.
