pushing the upper text line to the right with part of bottom text

I’m using indesign cc and I’m making a magazine layout. I have a review section with around 20 pages (music) where at the bottom of each review there is a rating and the name of the journalist.
I would like to push the upper line for the right with some bottom line text. Here goes an example:

I would like that when increasing the size of the 8 character, the upper line moves giving space for number 8.
By increasing the size of number 8, it will occupy both lines.

At the moment when increasing the size of number 8, it only overlaps the text above. It doesn’t push it to the right.

Is this possible without creating an independent text area?
