Secondary windows in RH6

I maintain a number of online help projects created with an earlier version of RoboHelp. The help design for all the projects involves links to secondary windows that the author codes by hand using a workaround method. In X5, if you open one of these topics in the WYSIWYG editor, the editor changes the code so that the links don't work any more.

Does Version 6 still have this behavior? Or will it leave the secondary window code alone?

Tom,

Nobody has responded to this. I'm curious, too. I started evaluating the trial version and found it much improved in the WYSIWYG editor not "fixing" my code, but I didn't get around to testing the secondary windows (as I don't use them often) before my trial license ran out. The best way to find out is to download the trial version and run it.

Tom,

I used to tweak the code in v.9.2 to accomodate secondary windows, and my seocndar windows do not work in 6. When I click on the link, nothing happens. LMK if you find a fix to this; I haven't really worked on it.

Thanks for writing, John and Danni.

The only workaround I've seen has to do with forcing RH to use a default True Code view for particular topics. You still have to remember not to click the tab for the WYSIWYG editor.
