Could you please provide more details. Are you talking about a Drag&Drop interaction or about a question slide with dragging functionality (Matching or Sequence)?
You use the term 'Retake', does this mean Retake on Quiz level or on slide level? If it is a Drag&Drop interaction, you have to provide several attempts, the interaction will pause the slide at 1.5secs until the Submit button is clicked.

It's on a quiz level (not for the slide itself). If the users scores less than needed they have to take the quiz again and if they do so that problem happens.
The interaction is in the problem slide is drag & drop and it's about matching items.

Maybe my questions are not clear, but I'm now even more confused: I asked if it was a drag&drop interaction OR a matching/sequence question (which has dragging functionality) and you answer 'drag & drop and it's about matching items'
If it is Drag&Drop, it is not considered a normal question slide, that is the reason why Retake will not be functional on that slide. Retake button on the score slide will only clear answers of normal question slides.
