I initially signed up for the CC free trial and then signed up for a subscription. Previously, on starting any app, the computer showed that there were X number of days left in the trial. According to Adobe, the free trial is over and none of the apps will open. I've already made two monthly payments, and I'm due for a 3rd payment in a few days, yet the apps cannot be used.
I've tried the various solutions offered but nothing has changed. I changed the CC preferences language to English (International) and this caused all the previously installed apps to disappear from the Installed Apps list.
I'd appreciate any suggestions to successfully resolve this issue.
Using Mac OS Lion (10.7.5).

Signing out, then in again has not resolved my issue. The apps all show that the free trial has expired and there's a button to “License this software”.
