I have renewed my account with adobe. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software and I can still not open a PDF file that is either sent to me in email or that I need to open in a website such as texastech.edu. How do I fix this issue so I can properly use this software or how do I receive my $24 I just spent to renew?
It seems that you are using Acrobat because Create PDF and Export PDF are online services and they can not be downloaded.
May i know which Acrobat version you are using?
What is the challenge you are facing?
