Hi, our Charity - Telford and Wrekin Council for Voluntary Service, are trying to embed some captivate training modules onto our WP website. I have used the 'Insert or Embed Adobe Captivate Content into Wordpress' plugin and followed the 'how to' video re installation and utilisation.
This works fine apart from the error message that pops up each time the 'launch' button is pressed.
"unable to acquire LMS API, content may not play properly and results may not be recorded." The 'debug box' comes up if you just go ahead and click ok, but of course, this is putting people off.
If you click on launch and get past the error message, the module will play perfectly... How do I get rid of the message please if at all possible?
