But your users shouldn't have to uninstall/reinstall the app that you built after Sept. 13. The DPS team is investigating this issue. One of us will get back to you when we learn more.

Nathan Marroquin Sep 18, 2014 8:56 AM (in response to Andrey_ZR)That's very strange, I've checked a number of DPS apps that are based on this v31 change and have not experienced this problem. I upgraded over-the-air on my iPhone and via iTunes on my iPad. Previously downloaded folios were available for viewing and I could download other folios.
What app is this in reference to?

Bob Bringhurst Sep 18, 2014 10:35 AM (in response to Andrey_ZR)The app is currently v31.3. The v32 version of the app has not yet been approved, so this is known behavior. When the app is approved, users should be able to download content without uninstalling/reinstalling.

Nathan Marroquin Sep 18, 2014 10:41 AM (in response to Bob Bringhurst)To be clear, if you rebuilt the app after Sept. 13 as v31 or v32 you will have the fix. Rebuilding requires a full edit of the app in App Builder (select the app, click "Edit" and go through the configuration process).

Even after Apple says the app is available it can take quite a while for it to really be available to download. Also, are you positive you submitted the new v32 version?
