I have been using CC Desktop for over a year now and now cannot access it.
I have read the forums and tried all of the options that have been suggested. Our IT guy has also looked and says it is not a problem with our firewall or filter.
- I cannot uninstall the current version from my computer
- I have ran the Cleaner Tool
- I have changed the OOBO file
When I click on the CC desktop this is the message I get:
I haven't been able to log in for over month now and am paying money for this.
I could really use some help here!
I would also recommend to try it on a different network, to test if there is any issue with the network also, try the same on another machine on same network to test if the issue is with the machine.
Make sure that the below mentioned list is added as exception to your firewall and blacklist.
