guys, i need you help - CLEARLY - so I bought PhotoShop CS5 Extended two years ago - but never real used it - today I requested the serial number - which was sent asap - BUT the system doesn't accept it, says it invalid - question - am I doing doing something wrong or is there a quick fix?
