burn & dodge brushes in Touch

Are there such things as burn & dodge brushes in Touch? If not, how to compensate?

They're under the set of Effects Paint Tools. Tap, hold and swipe down to the 4th set of tools, then swipe to the right to get to the Effects Paint Tool. Release.

Tap the effects option. A palette of effects should pop up. "Dodge/Burn" should be among them.
