I would like cancel my monthly suscription during the first month trial. I am still in the 30 days trial, but I cannot reach the customer support.
May I received a confirmation from Adobe for this cancellation ?

Did you make any payments? please confirm, if yes then you can cancel it by following John's link.
If no: then 30 days trial will suspend the CC app automatically after trial period is over.
