1. Dear all, I just got my Intuos Pro and I discovered that while I was doing fast moment of scaling from 1% to 100%, there won't be any problem, it go up extremely fast.
2. But, when I want to go up only slightly and smoothly to get e.g 25% (from 1%), I cannot do it. (I can only get around 48% (number is very random) and above with the fast way). I can get e.g 25% smooth when I do it the fast way and scale down from 100% to 25%.
3. I understand the usage of pressing ALT key while dragging will slow up / down the scaling gradually, but that is like people who is already in the range e.g 20 then slowly go up to 25 (down to say,18).
4. All tutorials I watched online (YT website), the instructors can scale it smoothly to any number slowly (pretty sure Alt key was not pressed) How may I to get to a scale of e.g 25% smoothly every time? (without using Alt key method which I mentioned in para 3)
6. Please pay special attention to my second photo with a white circle, I don't see anyone having the white circle while teaching online photoshop. Please help, thanks.
extra: I have same problem in Camera Raw too and I still see the white circle.

PC has more than enough Ram or storage space and strongly doubt is a lagging issue due to hardware.
No problem using mouse for above issue.
