    HOW DO I FIX THIS ISSUE??

      I am trying to open a document on my Macbook Pro with Adobe Acrobat Pro from my teacher and it is a PDF file with videos within it. The videos are not loading and I do not know why! Can someone PLEASE PLEASE help me ASAP because I need to do my homework and there is ZERO way to get ahold of support on the phone during the weekend.
