export for transfer to another host

I need to export everything, especially the databases. I understand everything is pretty well proprietor and none may fit other servers. That's OK, so long as I can get the bulk, I'll rebuild. It is the databases that are most important. Is there a way?

You can get layouts, files etc via SFTP.
Web apps you need to export to spreadsheet along with other elements that have an export. Everything else has to be making reports and again, exporting at spreadsheets.
