    Conversion from PDF to Word : How to get through to Adobe

      I have been trying for some time to get through to someone at Adobe to explain my predicament. Momentarily working from France I was compelled to pay French VAT for the annual subscription. Somehow I managed to get the programme license, but the annual subscription has been debited twice. What makes it even worse is the fact that the programme isn't able to decipher German Umlauts and the "ß", so the programme is pretty useless.

      What can I do to get through to Adobe and ask them to at least countermand my duplicated subscription?

              Thanks for your response. Let me explain what happened: Responding to an Adobe popup I filled in a form (several times with mostly no apparent

              outcome. The trouble seemed to be that I approached Adobe through my PC

              here in Corsica, although I have my main account in Germany. The ad

              talked about an annual subscription  around 20.- €, but when I started

              filling in the form, the system changed the price in line with the

              French VAT. OK Then it demanded a French address, which I provided. Im

              cannot recall having given anyone any email addres other than [personal information removed]. But after jousting with the system for half an hour I cannot swear that I didn't give Adobe my French Email address [personal info removed by moderator]

              The thing is, I only have a VISA debit to show anyone. I have attached a

              screenshot from which you can see my VISA account number.

               

              In the meantime I have received another email from m.m.murphy telled me the same thing that they have no rtecords of any purchase. I will send m.m.murphy a copy of this mail.
