What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
Does the content download go to completion if you wait?
Content download will depend on Internet connection speed as well as the Adobe Server. What is the nature of
your Internet connection. Have you cleared your browser's Options/Advanced/Network/Cached Web Content? Have you
shut off your router for about 35 to 45 seconds.
