Is $4.99 just for a 30 day trial like iOS Lightroom, or does $4.99 pay for the whole app?

I downloaded Lightroom iOS to my iPhone and it started a 30 day trial. I was just wondering if it is the same way for the photoshop app before I spend $4.99 on an app that won't stay as long as I want.

It is for sure a one time charge photomouse .
I bought the app a little while back and i can say with 100% certainty that it's a one time charge... it's not at all like the way Adobe Charges for Lightroom.
