I followed the directions for installing SmartSound into Premiere Elements 11 on my Windows 7 64 bit machine and went to Installing SmartSound | Windows 32 bit and 64 bit. The zip file I downloaded appears to be corrupted. What can I do?

My first impression is for you to do a free ccleaner run through and download the zip file again with the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.
