One way to do this is to sneak behind RoboHelp's back and
rename the topics you wish to exclude by changing the file
extension to .XHTM. At this point, the topics display as missing in
action from RoboHelp's perspective. So back inside RoboHelp, you
just delete them from the Project Explorer view.
Once you have done this, they still exist on your hard drive
(you, um, ARE working from your hard drive and not the network,
right? ;) Now our job is to make RoboHelp aware of them, yet not
include them in the mix when the search is created. To do this, you
use the Baggage files function. You right-click the Baggage files
pseudo folder and import them back into the project as baggage.
