No Web Apps in Business catalyst paid administrator account

I upgraded in to paid subscriber in Business catalyst and now I dont have Web Apps in the dashboard. I am logging in as a Administrator but cannot see Web Apps access.

You probably didn't upgrade to the WebCommerce package. This is the only package that has webapps.
If you go back into your partner portal. Find the site. Then click to MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION
