    I am being charged double for my creative cloud account

      My bank account is being charged twice a year for my Creative Cloud account when it should only be charged once. Once in Feb. and once in September. If I try to look at records - they show two accounts but no payment information. The chat line closes down when I try to ask about the problem and non of the other information links seem to address the issue. I can't find a phone contact. How do I get this corrected?
