why cant i link a site in dreamweaver?

I am an administrator ona bC site but when i try to connect to BC site i keep getting FTP error , my details are correct sftp are correct ???

So you have the following and checked the following.

- The site has not expired and you can login to the admin?
- You have permissions with that user for FTP access?
- You are using SFTP protocol
- Your domain for SFTP is .... SITE.com
- Your username field is - site.com/me@email.com
- Your password is your password (case sensitive)
