I just built a new computer for a client who is a photographer. For the best possible performance with the new NVIDIA GTX 760 video card and Photoshop CC, what pieces of the NVIDIA software should I install, or even avoid? Or should I just install whatever it offers? This system will be used ONLY for photo editing...no games, etc.
The 344.11 driver software shows the following items:
Graphics Driver (Duh)
3D Vision Controller Driver
3D Vision Driver
HD Audio Driver
Miracast Virtual Audio
NVIDIA GeForce Experience
PhysX System Software
Thank you for your help!
Doesn't really matter. Half that stuff will simply lay dormant even if it is installed since only games will initiate it via DirectX, but feel free to leave out anything beyond the basic graphics driver and the audio driver.
Would suggest you to install all the items recommend by NVIDIA. No need to perform a custom installation, a typical installation will do in this case.
I installed everything except the "NVIDIA GeForce Experience" item.
I delivered the computer today and my client will get PS loaded and tested later today. She should be happy!
Thank you for your responses.
