I've downloaded InDesign CC10 from my account, now i find I can't use it.
A dialogue box comes up saying:
'Unable to launch Adobe InDesign as you do not have sufficient permissions to access the preferences folders'
How do I get sufficient permissions?
Has anyone come across this?
Repair your permission on OS base (Applications > Utilities > Disk Utillity)
Or, it might be, that the administrator has locked your library.
Or delete your preferences, Go to the finder, hold down alt key, then in the Go To Menu appears your user library, open it, inside is a folder prefrences, there search for InDesign and your version and delete the preferences.
(All OS commands are here for the mac)
Will Adelberger, Thank You, That seems to have worked for my InDesign Error message. CB
