Have you tried to sign out & then sign back in with the Email ID with which you have purchased. The order is active but not activated on any machine yet, this is being reflected in the server.

this is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!! No wonder people crack ur damn software!! I have tried EVERYTHING to get this working and STILL it asks for 'validatio' and a seriel, yet i have PAID and DOWNLOADED the damn software from the ADOBE site!!!!!

Subscription asking for a serial means internet connection issue.The most known issue is the wrong entries on hosts file.
Check and clean your hosts file as explained in step 3 ( the wrong entries come from cracked version installations ):
CC mostly asks for serial number if:
1. There is no CC registered to the ID with which you had signed.
2. There are entries of Adobe in Host files of the computer.
3. The activation count has increased.
