1. Re: Why does a navigate in the TOC not call the On Enter of the same slide?
RodWard Sep 24, 2014 2:16 AM (in response to Kretus)The on slide enter event only fires when you enter a slide fro anther slide.

2. Re: Why does a navigate in the TOC not call the On Enter of the same slide?
TLCMediaDesign Sep 24, 2014 2:27 AM (in response to Kretus)You could set a variable "jumpSlide" in an advanced action, set the variable, then jump to a "dummy slide" that has a onEnter action that jumps to the slide contained in the jumpSlide variable. This will allow you to jump to the same slide and fire the onEnter action.

Kretus Sep 24, 2014 2:32 AM (in response to TLCMediaDesign)How can I set an advanced action on a navigation event in the TOC? Is that possible?

4. Re: Why does a navigate in the TOC not call the On Enter of the same slide?
Lilybiri Sep 24, 2014 3:41 AM (in response to Kretus)Not possible. TLCMediaSolution is OK, but will not help if I understand your question correctly: when you click on the same slide as the present slide in the TOC. Or maybe I misunderstand?
Maybe you'll have to look for another work flow? Why not add a replay slide button?

5. Re: Why does a navigate in the TOC not call the On Enter of the same slide?
Kretus Sep 24, 2014 4:03 AM (in response to Lilybiri)Yes, it happens when you click on the same slide as the present slide in the TOC. There is a replay button present on the slide, But it is still possible to open the TOC and navigate. I cannot prevent the user from navigating to the same slide as the present slide apparently...

6. Re: Why does a navigate in the TOC not call the On Enter of the same slide?
TLCMediaDesign Sep 24, 2014 4:36 AM (in response to Lilybiri)Sorry, I forgot the navigation was from the TOC. My minds a little foggy due to meds since I cut the top of my thumb off!
It does work if you make a dummy for every slide and apply the goto Next slide onEnter of all the dummies. You'd need to devise a formula to display slide numbers correctly, but it does work if you deselect all of the "real" slides in the TOC..
